Our Partners in Gaming

Trusted by top video game developers and publishers worldwide, we’ve recruited the right players for research and playtesting across some of the biggest names in the industry.

Gamers Are Easy to Find. The Right Ones Are Not.

• They actually play what they say they play.
We verify titles, hours, recency and platform — then check the person behind the answers with recorded responses, proof of play or a live video call, depending on what your study needs. You get players who know the game, not people who ticked a box saying they do.

•The recruit stops being your job.
Sourcing, screening, scheduling, reserves, comms, incentives — all of it, with one person accountable and updates you don't have to chase. Confirmed, reconfirmed, and a vetted standby bench so your rooms stay full. If a validated participant is off-spec or no-shows without cause, you get a credit.

• We reach past your panel when the brief needs it.
Your panel is a good place to start. It shouldn't be the only place. When a study needs a profile it doesn't hold — or more of them than it can free up in your fieldwork window — we go and find them.

Why Research Sessions Fail

Four things that go wrong in games recruitment.
Most research teams have had at least one.
What matters is what each one costs you.

Spec-mismatch

You brief for a hardcore FPS player. You get someone who played Call of Duty twice in 2019. They pass the screener, they answer every question, and none of it is worth acting on.

Unknown players

You get a name, an age and a slot time. You cannot see what they actually play, or whether your sessions cover the brief between them, until everyone is already in the room.

Patchy comms

Three days out from fieldwork and nobody can tell you how many participants are confirmed. You chase, you wait, and you end up planning for the worst.

Multiple No-shows

Two or three never turn up. Your team is ready, the dev team is watching, and a chunk of your sample is gone. The build moves on, the window closes, and you present findings you know are too thin for the decision riding on them.

Three reasons. Any one of them is enough.

What We Do Instead

Since 2020 we have recruited players for games research on what they actually play, not what they claim. You get players who fit the brief, a recruit that runs without you managing it, and reach beyond your own panel when the study needs it.

REAL-PLAY MATCHING

We verify titles, hours, recency and platform, then check the person behind the answers with recorded responses, proof of play or a live video call. You get the player you specced, not the one who screened well.

RECRUITMENT OFF YOUR PLATE

Sourcing, screening, scheduling, reserves, participant comms and incentives. One person accountable, updates you do not have to ask for, and a vetted standby bench so your rooms stay full.

REACH BEYOND YOUR PANEL

Your panel is a good place to start. It should not be the only place. When a study needs profiles it does not hold, or more than it can free up in your window, we go and find them.
